This issue happens if user doesn't have installed Visual C++ 2020 Redistributable Package, generally happens if the system has not updated to the latest version.
You be able to fix it following the next steps:
- Download and install Visual C++ 2020 Redistributable Package
- In some cases you will need to activate your sound settings in Device Manager or install the latest sound drivers
