This issue happens if user doesn't have installed Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package, generally happens if the system has not updated to the latest version.

You be able to fix it following the next steps:
  * __Download and install Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package__

  * __In some cases you will need to activate your sound settings in **Device Manager** or **install the latest sound drivers**__
